Invoice information
The V1 invoice generator is designed to work in the browser. InvoiceFlow does not require an account and does not provide cloud invoice history. Images such as a logo or QR code are previewed locally for the document you are preparing.
Contact messages
If you email InvoiceFlow, the information in that email is handled by the email service used to receive it. Do not send passwords, card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is an optional integration in this build. It remains disabled until a measurement ID is configured. When enabled, the site asks for an analytics choice before loading the analytics script in the browser.
Advertising
AdSense is an optional integration and remains disabled until the publisher configuration is added. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described by the applicable Google advertising policies and user choices.
Advertising choices
Google explains that advertising cookies can be used to serve personalized ads based on visits to sites. Users can manage available advertising choices through Google's settings and other controls provided by the applicable privacy system.
Security and retention
No website can promise absolute security. InvoiceFlow's V1 architecture intentionally avoids storing invoice history on the server. Server logs and infrastructure-level records may still exist as part of normal hosting operations.
Changes
This policy may be updated when analytics, advertising, contact handling or product functionality changes. The date of the current page should be checked when relying on it for a specific privacy decision.
